Con entrevistas en profundidad con stakeholders, e investigaci\u00f3n de la experiencia en tienda f\u00edsica. Tambi\u00e9n analizamos las m\u00e9tricas del site para poder conocer el comportamiento de sus usuarios y, sobretodo, d\u00f3nde se produc\u00edan los principales pain points y ca\u00eddas en el funnel del proceso de compra.
