This acquisition consolidates the digital consulting firm’s automation services offering.
Multiplica, the consulting firm specialized in designing and building relevant digital experiences for companies, has just acquired the startup Lite, a specialist in digitization and automation of business processes.
Lite, founded in 2017, its client base includes companies such as Herdez, O’Donnell or Tropical Organic Growers, for which it has developed different internal process digitization projects. Through redesign and automation, they have focused on simplifying the companies’ daily operations and improving their customer relations.
After working together as partners for a year, Lite’s team finally joins Multiplica’s global organization with an offering of behavioral process design, digitization and robotic process automation (RPA) services.
Matías Garrido, Multiplica´s CEO said: “It is a step forward in the construction of our complete value proposition for the creation of digital products, in which automation will be a future ‘game changer’ for our customers. With the integration of Lite, we add an incredible talent and, in addition, the culture of both companies fit perfectly”.
On the other hand, Miguel Verduzco, Lite’s CEO, emphasized that “joining Multiplica makes sense from a variety of perspectives. On one hand, we believe that automation projects should be comprehensive. Working hand in hand with Multiplica’s teams from the different disciplines helps us to provide a greater impact on the value we bring. On the other hand, the cultural fit and congruence of visions on how we see the future of work has allowed us to collaborate effectively since we began the relationship in 2020.”
Throughout 2021 and the first quarter of 2022, Multiplica has acquired five companies in Europe and Latin America with a clear transformational profile in an increasingly digital world. Lite complements the growth and expansion plan of the consulting firm, which seeks to consolidate its value proposition with cross-cutting services in Strategy, Research, Intelligence, Marketing, Experience and Technology.
