The Challenge

Creation of a new website to help the company grow its business

We helped Fry Reglet, a leading company in architectural products, design a new digital platform and a content experience that effectively and dynamically showcases their product catalog, using architectural project images for inspiration.

Fry Reglet needed a robust tool to display information about their product offerings and to help initiate conversations with potential clients. They also wanted it to function as a lead-generation tool for their sales team.

Since their audience primarily consists of architects and designers, they wanted a website that speaks directly to them. Therefore, they needed a highly visual and appealing platform—intuitive to navigate but also robust enough to support the extensive content they wanted to share.

Through a more modern brand identity and a holistic Design System, we created a comprehensive solution to inspire their audience and generate higher-quality leads.

What We Did

Defined User Journeys and a new Design System

We began with an in-depth understanding of content needs by reviewing brochures and detailed technical explanations of their products. As we assessed the material, we recognized the extensive amount of content the website would need and the importance of making it easy to digest to avoid overwhelming the audience. We focused on creating a user journey that starts with a highly visual approach and then progressively delves into more detailed content.

We undertook a rigorous process of site mapping and content architecture. We developed the sitemap and created two main User Journeys: one for architects and designers seeking product information and project inspiration, and another for contractors and installers looking directly for products and installation processes.

During the process, we interviewed architects to understand key user experience points and their needs in the decision-making process. We focused on the sales process, as the new website needed to serve as a tool for obtaining qualified leads.


We then moved into the wireframing process and developed the visual user interface and Design System. We worked on a fresh, new look, reimagining the entire design and redesigning each page and detail across the site.


The new design influenced the entire brand identity. Once we completed the web development, we created materials for a new, more modern company identity. Additionally, we trained their team to manage website content so they could operate independently.


Key Learnings

To develop a successful product, close collaboration with the client is essential. We carried out a long and detailed process, holding weekly meetings to ensure everyone was aligned at each stage of the project.
