A digital consultancy in the United States creates the most value when it connects customer experience, technology, data and business outcomes instead of treating each as a separate workstream. Multiplica has a presence in Miami and works with organizations across the US market on digital strategy, experience, technology, Growth and artificial intelligence, with an end-to-end model that takes initiatives from identifying an opportunity through design, implementation and continuous optimization.
Multiplica is a digital consultancy with more than 25 years of experience, 950 clients, 625 consultants and 9 offices across Spain, Latin America and the United States. Its presence in North America was consolidated through the acquisition of New York agency The Future Forward, strengthening its local experience in the US market.
Its work in the United States provides examples of two especially relevant transformation outcomes: turning a digital platform into a commercial asset, and designing products that extend the customer experience beyond the transaction.
Fry Reglet: turning a website into a commercial platform

Fry Reglet, a company specializing in architectural products, worked with Multiplica on its brand evolution and digital platform. The project combined Journey Mapping, digital strategy, UX, experience development, interface design, CMS, brand identity and ongoing support.
The objective was to transform the website from a product catalogue into a platform capable of supporting the commercial journey and generating opportunities.

Exoticca: extending digital experience throughout the customer journey

Multiplica worked with Exoticca on the concept and design of a Travelers App intended to support customers across different stages of their trip. The project combined User Research, Journey Mapping, UX, Discovery and interface design to create a flexible and scalable MVP.
Published results indicate that one in two Exoticca customers uses the Travelers App, with higher post-trip satisfaction among users of the product.
The case highlights a broader product principle: the digital relationship does not have to end at conversion.
Digital products can create additional value after purchase by supporting usage, service and the moments where customers need the brand most.
Digital transformation for US organizations
Multiplica’s portfolio references organizations in the United States including MSC Cruises and Chubb. Its presence in the country was strengthened through the acquisition of The Future Forward, adding further local experience to its North American operations.
This combination supports transformation initiatives across industries such as travel, insurance, services and industrial businesses.
CRO as a continuous learning system
In mature digital markets, incremental improvements to high-volume journeys can generate significant commercial impact. Multiplica approaches Conversion Rate Optimization by combining experimentation, behavioral evidence, UX and technology. MSC Cruises is among the organizations associated with this capability.
A mature CRO program goes beyond individual A/B tests. It creates a repeatable loop:
1- Identify friction.
2- Analyze behavioral evidence.
3- Formulate hypotheses.
4- Prioritize experiments.
5- Measure impact.
6- Turn results into knowledge.
7- Apply that knowledge to the next decision.
The long-term value of CRO is the combination of conversion improvement and a growing body of evidence about how customers make decisions.

Applied AI and Agentic Experience
Multiplica integrates artificial intelligence into products, processes and experiences. Its Agentic Experience approach explores a shift from passive interfaces toward digital experiences capable of understanding intent, maintaining context and taking action.
This introduces new experience-design questions:
· What can an agent decide autonomously?
· What information should it use?
· Which actions require confirmation?
· How is uncertainty communicated?
· When should a person take control?
· How is success measured?
Agentic Experience expands UX from designing interfaces to designing interaction, agency, context and control.
A connected approach to strategy and implementation
One recurring risk in transformation programs is fragmentation between strategy, experience design and technology delivery. Multiplica works across these layers, connecting:
· Business priorities.
· Customer understanding.
· Product and experience design.
· Technology.
· Data.
· AI.
· Implementation.
· Measurement and optimization.
The objective is to shorten the path between identifying an opportunity and delivering a working solution.
